For support coordinators, advocates and solicitors
Getting a support funded has become harder since the NDIS rule changes in 2024 and 2026, and the Tribunal expects the reports it reads to be balanced, transparent and able to be checked.
My work is built to meet that standard, so the evidence you put in front of the NDIS holds up. Here's what I do, how a referral works, and what it costs your client.
Who to send me
- Participants whose support was refused, or cut at a plan reassessment, where chronic pain is a big part of why they need it
- Participants with a reassessment coming up who want their evidence right before they ask
- People refused access to the NDIS because of their pain
They need a treating history, even if their records are scattered. Collecting the records is my job, and it's free.
What you and your client get from the Evidence Audit
I read your client's whole medical and allied health history against the support test, one question at a time: is the support tied to the disability on their plan, will it help, is it good value, and is it the NDIS's job rather than the health system's. The written findings set out, for each one:
- what the records already show, and which document shows it
- where they stop short
- what would close the gap, or whether it can be closed at all
So you know what a request can rest on before it goes in. Sometimes the honest finding is that the support doesn't meet the test. I'll say so, which saves your client a request that can't succeed.
Where the audit shows a gap, a report closes it: an analytical report from the existing records, or a clinical assessment by video and then a report. Every report states my qualifications and scope, every source relied on, a declaration that I've followed the guidelines for expert evidence, and what I observed kept separate from what I was told.
How a referral works
- Send me your client's details through the booking form, with their consent, or have them book the free call themselves.
- I talk with your client for fifteen minutes, and tell them whether an Evidence Audit would help and what it would cost at most.
- We sign a service agreement and the amount is set aside in their plan. Nothing is claimed until the work is complete and your client has approved it.
- I collect the records from every practice, under your client's signed authority.
- Your client gets the findings, and so do you, with their consent.
To keep the evidence defensible, I'm never paid to deliver the supports I write about
I don't provide funded supports to anyone whose file I've audited or reported on, or whose future funding depends on a report I wrote. My fee is capped before the work starts and doesn't change with what I find or what the NDIS decides.
And I stay in my lane. Review pathways, deadlines and making the case are yours. I write the clinical evidence, and it says what the records support.
Refer a client
Use the booking form and choose "I'm a coordinator, advocate or solicitor". Tell me a little about what was refused and I'll get back to you.
